The Council as the overall responsibility for the Institute’s tasks. They constitute the Board of MartinUs Idealfond. See a description of the tasks of the Council and the Idealfond here.

 

Willem Johannes Kuijper

Willem (commonly known as Willy) was born in Holland in 1944 and completed his economic studies at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1973. He has lived in Denmark since 1975 and worked as a taxi driver, among other things, until 1983. Martinus selected Willy as a member of the Council in 1980. Since 2001 he been the chairman of the council. He joined the employed staff at the Martinus Institute in 1983, was the manager of the Martinus Centre, Klint from 1983-1988; after that he worked with the Institute’s finances and administration. In 2009 he retired but continues to contribute to the daily running of the Institute with his many years of experience.

Willy enjoys photography and, when asked about his interests, said: “If I had not met Martinus’ analyses, I would probably have worked with aid to developing countries”.

 

Liesel Lind

Liesel was born in Germany in 1953. She has lived in Sweden since 1975. She has known Martinus’ analyses since 1994 and joined the council in 2006. Liesel has worked as a secretary, a translator and a German teacher. She now works as a nurse in a rehabilitation clinic. She loves cycling and walking in the countryside.

 
Per Jan Neergaard

Per Jan Neergaard

Per Jan (born in 1955) began reading Martinus’ books in 1974. Per Jan joined the council in 2008. Since 1987, using astrology as a tool and drawing on the German astrologer Thomas Ring’s astrological knowledge of human nature, he has worked as a counsellor advising people. Per Jan lives in Copenhagen and on the island of Bornholm; he enjoys hiking in the beautiful Bornholm countryside.

 
Trine Møller

Trine Möller

Trine (born in 1960) became acquainted with Martinus Cosmology around the turn of the century; since then it has been one of her main interests. Since 1993 she has worked as a lawyer in The Appeals Council.

She joined the Martinus Institute’s council in 2009.

 
Jacob Kølle Christensen

Jacob Kølle Christensen

Jacob (born in 1970) became acquainted with Martinus Cosmology in 1985 by reading an article on Martinus in Politikken’s occult encyclopaedia. For most of his adult life he has been interested in philosophical, scientific and spiritual issues; he takes great pleasure in studying music, art and architecture.

Jacob studied mathematics and economics at the University of Copenhagen, and is now the director of his own temporary employment agency and consultancy with responsibility for finance, strategy, sales and the daily running of the agency.

 
Jacob Kølle Christensen

Peter Bendtsen
Peter (born 1952) has been employed as a co-worker at the Martinus Institute since 2009. He is responsible for the accounts of the two funds: the Aktivitetsfonden and Idealfonden. Peter also does various IT tasks, such as maintaining the photographic database, the homepage and the internet bookshop. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and organisation, and has wide experience of the financial workings of several types of companies. He is also a qualified psychotherapist and has had his own clinic for a number of years.

Peter has studied Martinus since 1996, and is also interested in psychology, history, art and Nature. He became a member of the Council in 2011.
