Practical course information

  • You may check-in at the reception from 3pm, where you will be given the key and course material. If you arrive later than 6pm, please contact the reception on + 45 30 35 62 80.
  • In connection with our spring and autumn courses, we offer a comprehensive course package with accommodation and the following meals included: lunch, tea/coffee, snacks and dinner. The food is plant-based and is prepared from scratch by our skilled chef – as far as possible from organic ingredients.
  • In the café, which is open daily, you can buy breakfast cereals as well as coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks.
  • The course itself starts at 7pm with a welcome in Restaurant Terrassen, where tea and coffee will be served. A plant-based buffet is served on the day of arrival at 5.30pm.
  • You may bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them from reception.
  • Please clean your accommodation so that it is ready for the next guest. Alternatively, cleaning can be ordered for a fee at reception upon arrival.
