However, due to the last centuries of evolution, the contrast between the upper and lower classes has been greatly reduced and we are observing the fact that within the upper classes, there are now emerging more and more figures who are high-minded, industrious and energetic on behalf of the whole of the community, in the same way as better working conditions and circumstances with more freedom than in the past, have gradually arisen to some extent among the lower classes. But this equalizing of upper and lower classes is not yet anywhere near completed, and will only be finished when neither of those two classes exists any longer, which is bound to become a fact under the government of a great world authority. Indeed, because of its power of administration developed in harmony with the law of existence, it will make clear that it is the terrestrial human community alone who can possess the valuable goods, and consequently the latter cannot be possessed by any single individual or by anything else in the form of share companies, commercial credit associations, trading companies or whatever part of terrestrial human society they might represent. But the same authority will then further demonstrate that only the terrestrial human community can be the "employer", while the single individual can definitely only be the "worker". So in the perfect World State, no person will be able to come into the world to be served, but only in order to serve.
