Now we have come to the very youngest in development within terrestrial mankind, where the faculty of intelligence only exists in a very elementary form and therefore is largely replaced by imagination, which, in this case, means manifestations of primitive feelings and instincts. The conscious daily life of these people is thus dominated by suggestion emanating from a former world impulse, fragments and remains of which are now resting in their consciousness in the form of superstition and mystique. It is these uncivilized human beings which are known as "nature people". But as civilization is spreading out to them faster and faster, they will gradually pass smoothly into sections and categories described in the two main groups, so here a more detailed analysis of them will be superfluous. But to such human beings, as well as to "criminals", one should show the same attitude as described in the final section of Group A - one of humanity and understanding.
