As the "gold copies" actually consist of the remaining essence after an event has played its part or fulfilled its mission as a source of experience, and the memory left behind has been purified so that its true concept and kernel, that is to say its genuine value, is exposed, then every gold copy will thus exist as identical with the genuine value of the action's or manifestation's deepest cause or idea which brought about the experience in the first place. All existing spiritual "gold copies" will thus exist as "genuine values". Cosmic sight will thereby differ from physical sight, which consists only of the ability to "see manifestations" in that it has the ability to "see the genuine value of manifestations". With intuition or cosmic sight one "sees" not the subject-matter but the ideas and causes incarnated in the subject-matter. But as terrestrial mankind's day-consciousness is on the physical plane and is supported by the body of gravity, these ideas and genuine values have to be changed into a form to which the body of gravity can react, because it is only in an "awake" state that the individual has the ability to experience such a reaction. And so the "gold copies" or genuine values through their transformation become clothed in intelligence material and feeling material of such a kind as to make the individual's body of intelligence react. Terrestrial mankind has begun to be conscious of that reaction. It belongs to the function of thinking. Through the brain and nervous system this function is transmitted further to the day-consciousness, in other words to conscious knowledge. But, because of the primitive state of the bodies of intuition and memory terrestrial mankind is still not aware of this transformation and thus it is excluded from being conscious of its "gold copies" until they appear clothed in thought material, which means when the transformation is finished and these "gold copies" emerge as thoughts.
