As shown on Symbol No. 9, "intelligence-energy" is culminating here in the "kingdom of wisdom" and as it constitutes the absolute main basis for conscious thought, then the individual's "instinct" or consciousness of "sensing" has now diminished to the least possible degree. We can see that "instinct-energy" now only exists in a latent form, and that conscious thinking – the ability to analyze – is in its highest manifestation. As every inhabitant of the "kingdom of wisdom" has long passed the spiral's most primitive or unintellectual zones and there reaped the peak of experience concerning the results of disharmony in observing the laws of life, while at the same time the memory has begun to grow significantly, then in the same way the ability to derive intellectual benefit from previous dark experiences will reach its culmination. The ability to reason has become that of a genius; in other words, any analysis arrived at will be totally in contact with reality. And as the individual's will is based on this contact, his whole appearance and aura will correspondingly be of a perfect intellectual brilliance.
      Moreover, in conjunction with this brilliant command of the will, the effect will be further enhanced by the existence of an extraordinary intuition in the individual's consciousness. "Intuition-energy" has now reached the second stage in its expanding state. It is life's highest intellectual energy. As previously mentioned, it is the material for the "Holy Spirit". This spirit is the same as the "fundamental science" of life and existence, of the Universe and of the whole world. Its material for ideas and thought-formations constitutes the Godhead's own knowledge of itself, of the Universe and of existence. By means of "intuition-energy" the living being in existence can gain personal access to the Godhead's own knowledge.
      The thought-formations of this knowledge exist only in the form of highly concentrated ideas expressing the main elements of such knowledge. When the individual has advanced far enough in development so he is able to make use of "intuition-energy" in his consciousness, it will only be these main elements to which he has access. The purely local details of premise, calculation and proof of these elements are not obtainable through intuition. The individual himself, protected by "the Holy Spirit", must work out the calculations and find the reasons from existence itself, that is to say, in the living beings' own physical, practical and spiritual life. Access to this is entirely on the basis of the being's faculty of intelligence helped by "intelligence-energy". But such a method of using this intelligence-faculty and the fourth basic energy is actually only possible and of real importance when the individual can control "gravity-energy" harmoniously with the aid of "feeling" and "intelligence" so that the consciousness is no longer disturbed by that energy's more or less unfettered explosive nature which discharges all manifestations of selfishness in the form of homicidal, harmful and mind-destroying desires for positions of honour, power and wealth. Only when the individual has finished with these primitive desires, so that unselfishness, or love towards fellow beings has become the dominant life-force, is intelligence free to be used for acquiring elucidation of the experiences of intuition which now stream through him.
