When the being is one with the Lord of time and space. One day is for these beings as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day.
385. But the existence of the inhabitants in the "divine world" thus depends entirely on the most noble instincts, talents and capabilities within their super-consciousness. Absolutely all lower tendencies are just as impossible here as plant or animal life would be on suns. Therefore all beings without exception shine with a flame of perfectly harmonious love. As mentioned previously there may be, of course, an immeasurable difference in the size and colour of the flame, but it is common to all that they are expressing superlative love and a corresponding harmony with the laws of life. In this intellectually shining world the visitor from Earth experiences a fulfilled and fascinating life. This being has arrived at the very core of existence. He is upon the throne of God. He quickly discovers that he is one with the Lord of time and space. At the command of his least thought, matter forms itself. Shapes and figures materialize and dematerialize as desired. Matter obeys the I. Worlds and beings become alive and visible at the foot of God's throne. Enthralled, this son of God experiences past and present, place and space all in the same "now" and in the same "place". For this son of Providence there is no "yesterday" and no "tomorrow". Everything shines and sparkles with the clarity of an eternal day. Only an endless "now" can characterize life for the lords of matter. Without having to move as much as a millimetre in space or use a single fraction of a second in time, this son of God can view and traverse thousands of miles of ocean, plains, woods and mountains, hundreds of worlds with humanities, animal species, mineral and plant kingdoms in tropical or polar regions, hundreds of other worlds with terrains of fire and flame where minerals boil and the atmosphere is filled with metallic vapours. He sees creative processes where globes come into being and dissolve again, where living beings' forms are made and where civilizations appear, culminate and cease – indeed, the whole cycle of life in microcosmos as well as in macrocosmos is traversed by this son of God. For the everlasting Godhead, and for those who are united with Him, in truth "one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day".
