Livets Bog, vol. 2
Beings in bliss live in deep isolation or rest with regard to their experience of fellow beings in the "outer" world, for they can only sense in their "inner" world.
396. Thus, during his stay in the "kingdom of bliss", the living being's awake consciousness is not directed outwards to the "outside world". As the surroundings in his consciousness consist solely of his own memories from previously lived times in the spiral, he has here no fellow beings whatsoever. He is solitary in his immense kingdom. He experiences the contrast to the "outside" world where one cannot exist without being surrounded by fellow beings and indeed, where life is dependent in the highest degree on fellow beings. In this way the "kingdom of bliss" constitutes a kind of "resting-zone" with regard to associating and communicating with fellow beings. A "being in bliss", then, lives in a deep solitude, concentrating exclusively on his own past.
