Here, in his own vast private world, that is, in the living "gold-copies" of the Universe – the individual has wholly different conditions for being able to assess his previous situations than he had at the time of experiencing them in the "outside world". Since that time he has "completed the course" and realizes the divine meaning and intention with regard to the fate of living beings, both the unhappy as well as the happy. In "completing the course" through the entire spiral he now has the opportunity of seeing, by personal experience, the real consequences of life's unpleasantness and sees that in the end those same consequences actually become an experience of the divine world. The moment he goes back in his transfigured state through the immeasurable aeons of time and sees himself in all his underlying situations when he lived in the lower zones of the spiral as a tool in the service of the killing principle, and relives his egoistic and pain-producing nature both as animal and terrestrial man, as beast of prey and warrior, as brigand and murderer, then he is no longer dismayed, he feels neither resentment nor remorse, nor prays for forgiveness, for these are actually just the consequence of a darkness he has long since left behind. It was indeed just this very transit which has given him admittance to the heavenly worlds.
