766. We know from previous analyses that the "cosmic chemist", that is to say the living being, constitutes an eternal reality. It has therefore never begun and will never cease to exist. In addition, we have seen that this eternal existence takes the form of a journey through six different forms of existence, and that this journey is repeated over and over again, but in higher and higher forms. We have therefore called each of these sections, which consist of these six states, a "spiral". Since each spiral is an experience of the same six states, varying only in that we perceive each new experience of the spiral as a "higher" form of experience of the same principle, it thereby becomes visible that life in its highest analysis constitutes only the six different forms of state of these spirals. These six states are therefore the main states of life. Everything without exception comes under one or another of these six cosmic states. These six states therefore constitute the very highest result of "cosmic chemistry". There is no higher creation or expression of the living being's knowledge or capability.
      One might then ask if the potential of this knowledge and capability can therefore be limited. But we can rest assured. These six different forms of transformation of eternal life do not reduce the living being's creative potential; on the contrary, they constitute precisely the six conditions that are needed in order for this creative potential to be infinite and unlimited. Due to these six different main kinds of states, the potential for the living being's or the "cosmic chemist's" creation of the colouring of its own life reveals such an all-embracing capacity that it can in fact become whatever it fundamentally wishes. There can exist no higher culmination of free will than this. And no thinking or creative being can possess a higher privilege than this.
