890. In the light of these analyses it is not difficult to understand the words of the world redeemer regarding he who says, "You fool!" to their neighbour. He who says, "You fool!" to his neighbour in the sense that we have indicated, is a being that blames, injures and persecutes another being for something that is completely outside the day-conscious control of its will. But a being who can manifest such a persecution does not know what it is doing either; if it did, it would see the foolishness that this persecution represents. But as the ability to see this foolishness is not an act of will but a question of evolution, no injunction, punishment or terror can be inflicted upon this individual by any terrestrial authority. And neither can this being, on account of his lack of ability, be "in danger of the council". No terrestrial authority or court of law can justifiably sentence a being to be punished for the lack of ability itself, even though this same authority can of course hold the individual responsible for dangerous actions that are manifested as a result of the lack of ability, but which are under the control of the individual's own will. As the lack of ability is therefore not an act of will, it cannot be removed all of a sudden through the use of the individual's current awake, day-conscious will or through punishment or torture inflicted by an authority. It is therefore not so surprising that the world redeemer refers the mental attitudes that are outside the control of the individual's will to a higher authority. He expresses this higher authority as "hell fire".
