In reality "partiality" constitutes too strong an attraction or pull towards the fulfilment of a desire.This too strong attraction towards the satisfaction of a desire is in turn due to an overvaluation of the object of the desire.But as one thing cannot be overvalued without this overvaluation at the same time bringing about a corresponding undervaluation of the object's opposite or contrast, partiality will render impossible any form of truthful analysing of the two contrasts.The view or image that the individual has of these two contrasts will therefore be faulty.Because of this overvaluation the details of the one contrast will be too large and the details of the other contrast too small in relation to the true or absolute position of the individual himself as the centre in the experience.In other words, the view or image will constitute a faulty "perspective".
