It will thus be quite impossible for any being on the outside to "visit" or "look" directly into this "private" sphere of consciousness of the "living being", this being evident from the fact that absolutely no detail from this zone is accessible to the perception of any other being except through the creation of a "copy". And since this "copy" can be produced only in the matter of the "outer world", it thus constitutes a detail in the "outer world" and is experienced by means of the ability of the being in question to sense in this "outer world". What the being on the outside thereby senses or experiences is thus not the former being's "original memory", but a "materialisation" of this "memory". These "materialisations" are promoted or come into existence in the form of speech, writing, symbols, drawings and all other forms of literature and art or expressions of consciousness. A travel book, a story, a lecture, a work of art, regardless of what kind of art it may be, indeed, even if it is not a work of art but is merely an expression of a "living being's" opinion, will in the first instance be nothing but a "materialisation of memory". That these "materialisations" in "outer matter" are not always one-hundred-per-cent exact "copies" of the "original memories" does not change the principle, but is merely a reality that we will return to later in our analyses of the being's "outer worlds". The differences, if any, that can exist between the being's "memory" and the "materialisation" or "copy" of this memory produced in "outer matter" originate exclusively in the "outer world".
