All darkness in the world, war and mutilation, sorrow and suffering is determined exclusively by the adjustment of the terrestrial human being's sexual poles
1129. Since the organic structure of the "male being" determines that it has an organic need for the "female being", while it has no need for the "male being" in that way, its attraction, which in turn means, its sympathy, develops of course in favour of the "female being" at the same time as its antipathy towards the "male being" develops, because this being is his rival as regards wooing or feeling attracted to the "female being". That the opposite must be the case with the "female being" is obvious, since the organic structure of this being determines that it needs the "male being" but not the "female being". And here antipathy towards the "female being" must then develop, since this being is likewise a rival when she is wooing the "male being". And we then have that constellation of the sexes that in its purest form or culmination renders absolute "love" impossible, absolute "love" being a sympathy that embraces not only beings of the "opposite sex" but also beings of one's "own sex". And we have here the seeds or the root of all evil in the world, of war and mutilation, of sorrow and suffering, illness and need, in brief, all the mental darkness in existence. This darkness is thus determined exclusively by the being's organic structure or the adjustment of his or her sexual poles.
