A being that can sense only in an illusory manner cannot constitute the "human being in God's image" and cannot thereby be the rightful ruler of the Earth who lives up to God's intended goal for "Adam" and "Eve"
1155. The human being who can sense only in an illusory manner can of course have only an illusory picture or an untrue perception of life. But being able to have only an illusory or untrue perception of life can never be a perfect foundation or goal for the creation of the "perfect human being". And was it not precisely a "perfect human being" that the divine Creator intended with the creation of "Adam" and "Eve"? Did He not say, "Let us make a human being in our image after our likeness! And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the Earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the Earth"? But can a being that is able to perceive in only an illusory manner, that is able to see only an imagined opposite to life instead of life itself and must therefore live its life on a lie, be in "God's image", be the "finished human being"? Can such an "unfinished" being, a being that is itself falsehood and that knows nothing of reality, that does not know in the absolute sense where it comes from or where it is going, a being that believes that it has come into existence in its mother's womb and was therefore "nothing" before it was conceived and will likewise become "nothing" or equal "death" one day when its physical organism is worn out and has to perish, and that furthermore has only the same primitive, illusory knowledge of the "fish of the sea" and all the other animals, "have dominion over" or "rule" perfectly or justly? A being that is itself falsehood, a being that believes in the opposite of reality instead of in reality itself must, of course, in every situation act on the basis of this belief, regardless of which of the many animals it is intended to "have dominion" over it may be confronting. Must this being not therefore be a highly imperfect ruler of all the animals? How can such a being have perfect "dominion over" all the "fish of the sea", over the "fowl of the air", over "all the Earth" and so on? Does one believe that it was such a dominion over "all the Earth" based upon ignorance or illusion that the eternal Father intended as the ultimate goal for "Adam" and "Eve" or the perfect human being?
