1158. It was thus for such a life in its initial, emerging physical state that the eternal voice of the Godhead resounded for the first time through the "Garden of Eden". It was for such an awakening life that the following words resounded for the first time: "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die". But was it not precisely this prohibition or this warning that was not complied with? The life forms or beings did "eat of the tree of knowledge". They did not limit themselves to the food that was normal for an existence of light: "the herbs bearing seed, and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed". On the contrary they gradually came to wallow in the flesh and blood of fellow beings that were equipped with "living souls", murdering, killing and using machines to transform the organisms of these beings into "food". Through wind power, water power, steam power and motor power they have thus used the elements to promote the possibility of their satisfying their animal hunger or craving for meat by means of technical, mass-production machines that transform these organisms or most distinguished tools for these "living souls'" experience of life into "food".
