The "serpent" and world redemption
1178. But the "serpent" was of course right. It had not said a single false word. But as it had not said or expressed anything that was false, it was of course to the very highest degree a revelation of the "truth". And this establishes as fact that the "serpent" was identical to world redemption itself, for an idealising revelation of the absolute truth can be identical only to world redemption, which means, the manifestation of power in Nature, life or the consciousness of God that has the task of guiding the being out of what it loathes and senses as an unfortunate fate, and into the satiation of what it hungers for or desires, the satiation of which it can then feel only as a blessing and a happy or light fate.
