The area where the organic structure leads downwards has become a terrain governed by law and associated with the death penalty, as well as a mental straitjacket

It is this foundation or these laws that command that "a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh", "thou shalt not covet thine neighbour's wife", "whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery". And do these laws not deprive the "unfaithful spouse" of all marital rights? Do the same laws not more or less acknowledge crimes of passion committed by the deceived spouse as "just"? And in the following traditional command we are of course referred to a clear limit that cannot be overstepped in the religion of the flock or "Christian" society: "and if a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them". We thus see here a particular mental form, a demarcated terrain, a kind of spiritual straitjacket that has been put up around every single one of the individuals of the flock or society.
