1307. The more the "high priests" and "scribes" of the "worship of nationalism" or the "desire to be a master race" crucify the practitioners of "internationalism" and of the neighbourly love it represents, the more springs of "living water" they open, and the more forcefully this water gushes into the hollow. And the ocean of "neighbourly love" grows and grows. And one day its shining flood will cover and irradiate the entire Earth. In this ocean the principles and phenomena of selfishness, such as "worship of the nation", "master-race tendencies" and other forms of selfish doctrines and selfish parties, cannot thrive. Only one way of life exists here, namely the worship or cultivation of "internationalism", which in turn means, all peoples' recognition of all other peoples as "sister nations". In the perfect domain of "internationalism" all peoples are but members or subjects of one single nation, and this "nation" cannot comprise anything less than the entire mankind of the planet. So all the nations and states of the planet are but provinces in a single, lawful, sovereign state common to them all. This state has only one sovereignty, one supreme administration or authority. Here no one fights any more for "supremacy" or a "master-race existence". The bloody eras of anarchy in which something like this could take place no longer exist. Like the cloud formations that scudded across the sky yesterday they belong to the past. And, this being so, the absolutely indispensable outer framework for real "world peace" is established as a reality on the planet. As the Earth gradually provides the phenomena mentioned here, the element in which the practising of all the ideals with which absolute "neighbourly love" is revealed will without hindrance become an absolute reality, and will establish the Christmas message, "Peace on Earth and good will toward men" as fact.
