The "communist" societies of today have not yet assumed their purest form or the spiritual stability that will make them worthy representations of the World Redeemer's "communist" mentality or the "good will" that was heralded for terrestrial mankind on Christmas Eve
1337. In such a period the "communist society" has not yet attained such a spiritual or highly evolved stability that it can be kept going solely and exclusively on a purely "communist" basis. It is thus not based on a perfectly free right to vote. It has been introduced and sustained by "dictatorship". It is still subject to the materialistic "principle of power". But a mere "principle of power" disregards the single individual's step in evolution, its view and its right to vote, if, indeed, the being has been given such a right at all. The individual is here subject to a power that forces it to think and act in accordance with ideas and conceptions that are not, as yet, in harmony with its own understanding of "idealism" and "culture". It is reduced to "uniformity" in the same way as a troop of soldiers. All independent thinking and freedom has been removed from its own sphere. All thinking is done by those in power. The individual can only stand to attention spiritually and physically before this brutal rule. It is of course not difficult for the developed spiritual researcher to see that this is not a perfect or worthy representation of the World Redeemer's "communist" mentality, which was born as a "Christmas Star" in the terrestrial human spiritual sky. How could such a "regimentation", such a loss of mental liberty, such a removal of one's own ability to think and understand give the terrestrial human being the "good will" that is based exclusively on "neighbourly love"? It can create only spiritual lethargy and apathy, and kill all "sense of responsibility". Where the human being is given no freedom, no "sense of responsibility" can ever be generated. And where there is no "sense of responsibility", the "sense of individuality" can but weaken. The beings can but develop into mental automatons. And a society of mental automatons cannot possibly constitute true "communism". Such a society is merely a group of lifeless, mental figures created and sustained artificially by force and violence. Perceiving this society as "communist" is the same as mistaking the sun for the moon. It is cultivating the shadows of the night instead of the sunshine of the day.
