1372. At this point it may perhaps be claimed that "war" is not a "living being" and that, as a dead thing, it must therefore have living beings as its source and determining master. It is, indeed, true that "war" in itself is not a "living being", but this does not prevent "war" being something "evil" for mankind. That it is an "evil" over which terrestrial human beings have absolutely no power is of course too predominant a fact for it not to be accepted. That people to such a great extent fuel "war" with sophisticated improvements in its capacity to mutilate, murder and kill, shows of course their unlimited ignorance, naivety and helplessness in the face of the "evil" that war is, the "evil" that destroys or wipes out all human culture. It is not so surprising that the entire terrestrial human mentality is actually concentrated on combating "war", but terrestrial human beings simply do not understand that fire cannot be put out with fire. They firmly believe that they can eradicate "war" with "war". And it is on the strength of this belief that all terrestrial mankind's various groups, nations or states find themselves in a veritable race to acquire the most brilliant, effective, sanguinary and destructive weapons, devices and chemicals. They do not understand that this race will become a journey towards their own destruction, if it is allowed to continue.
