It is thus not "war" that will perish through the improved instruments of murder, but an ocean of terrestrial human organisms and cultural phenomena, indeed, the entire humane or democratic level built up by terrestrial human beings until now will crumble, leaving the survivors in a world of rubble and an intellectual void. Where previously the all-penetrating sources of light of intellectuality were beginning to make the Earth sparkle with the celestial lustre of a culture of neighbourly love, coarse barbarism would take possession of the final remains of crippled mankind between the piles of rubble. And "war" would continue its bloody course. Perverse screams, cries and bawling would ring out to the heavens as a compromising funeral dirge bewailing the eternal creator's unsuccessful work.
