1381. "Peace" is thus a mental sphere in which there is no "war" of any kind. It is a sphere in which there is no destitution, poverty, need or misery, and where no one can exploit anyone thoughtlessly and brutally or can live at the expense of others in any authorised or unauthorised way. The zone of "peace" is a world in which all the unsolved social problems of today, which create political and economical struggles and professional enmity, are solved, thus securing a place for all people, old and young, on the socially sunny side of life. "Peace" is thus the fulfilment of all people's wishes for the removal of all the authorised and unauthorised, more or less asocial phenomena from the body of society that today tarnish culture in the form of "jails", "prisons", "crimes", the odious practices of "robbers", "bandits" or "gangsters", legal or illegal "larcenous businesses", "fraud", "idling", "distaste for work", "depression" and "suicide". In brief, "peace" is a mental structure within which all the mistakes are removed from the politics and structure of society, mistakes that today render possible the above-mentioned tarnishing of culture, indeed, simply maintain and cause its flaws, and are thus in many cases the foundation of their existence.
