"Ties of kinship" are therefore mental phenomena that are by no means determined exclusively by blood relationships or physical kinship.Indeed, this kinship can sometimes completely destroy or dissolve such ties in the beings.Parents and children, as well as siblings, can feel an innate antipathy towards each other, which can sometimes develop into deadly hostility to the idea of being related to one member of their family or another.In such situations, real mental kinship or family feeling is undermined and dissolved.And the kinship that remains is merely "physical kinship".But this does not of course mean that "physical kinship" does not play a greater role under normal circumstances.Among mammals and other highly developed or more advanced forms of animal species "physical kinship" implies a "mental pregnancy" that continues to exist beyond physical birth.Since the embryo is still united with its parents' souls through a mental feeling of sympathy or warmth after physical pregnancy has come to an end in the mother's womb, the parents continue to feel that their offspring are a part of themselves that they must protect.And this urge to protect their offspring and sense of duty towards them shows that the mental pregnancy does not end at the same time as the physical one.And this is of course nothing less than divine, for the embryo of these higher beings is completely helpless, even though it has undergone physical birth.So it is good that Nature determines that it is normal for parents to be the guardian angels of these "mentally unborn" embryos.And as long as these "embryos" still cannot survive without the help of their parents or substitute parents, they are still to a corresponding degree "mentally unborn" and are thus still "mental embryos".All those whom we call "children" and "young people" are thus more or less "mental embryos" undergoing a corresponding lengthy process of "mental birth".
