Christ belonged to another sex than the two terrestrial sexes
1716. The world redeemer was thus by nature quite another being than the ordinary terrestrial human being. For him personally, marriage was not a desirable foundation of life.In him there existed a far greater hunger, namely, the hunger to be able to love his neighbour, which actually means absolutely anyone. It was not a longing for a male being or a female being. It was not the love of a man or a woman he cherished or desired. He was spiritually or mentally neither a "man" nor a "woman", but a harmonious combination, a higher union of the two sexes so as to be an entirely different sex than the two terrestrial sexes. But this sex was no less an organic product than these two sexes.Neighbourly love was thus an organic hunger in him in the same way as marital love was an organic hunger in the terrestrial human being. The highest fire in him filled him with inextinguishable sympathetic feelings or love for everything and everyone. For this reason he saw his heavenly Father in everything and everyone.
