1745. As we have seen from the above, the terrestrial human being is something between an "animal" and a "human being" – not only mentally but also physically. It has long since been established as fact that reproductively the above-mentioned being is a "mammal". When the "animal" aspect of its psyche is expressed to the full it is the culmination of the mentality of the "beast of prey". When the individuals commit murder with the intent to rob, and when ethnic groups in the form of nations or states subjugate or conquer inferior or smaller states or ethnic groups, the identity or psyche of these murderous robbers and oppressive states is unmistakably the same as that of the beast of prey. On closer inspection it becomes apparent that this desire for conquest, engendered by the desire for power, can culminate as a natural disposition only in beings that are very markedly "male" or "female". The same is also particularly evident in the practising of the business principle. The most brutal and ruthless businessman, whose disposition is animated solely by fleecing others in favour of his insatiable desire to build up unreasonable wealth for himself, will mentally always be almost one hundred per cent "masculine" or "male". If it is a woman who is animated by the same ruthless commercial exploitation, it shows that she is in the same way almost one hundred per cent "feminine" or "female". Such a being's "human" faculties are very minimal. It is inferior with regard to all higher mental faculties; indeed, in this respect it can be regarded as almost illiterate. It is almost devoid of artistic talent and has therefore no gift for any higher "human" fields or spheres of interest such as pictorial art, music and literature. Its greatest interests and talents go almost exclusively in the direction of satisfying its glowing material desire or urge to become wealthy. Such a being is incredibly gifted with regard to everything that has to do with methods of using money to multiply money. Indeed, in this area it is a genius. It is the same ruthless greed that in turn gives rise to the desire for power. The urge to possess is best satisfied by superiority of power. We therefore also see these beings animated by ruthless politics that in reality have the sole purpose of giving the source of these politics one hundred per cent dictatorial authority over everything and everyone. Nothing less can satisfy this animal desire, this ferocious material appetite, which is just as uncultivated and ruthless as the beast of prey's appetite for its slain victim. Here other animals had better not try to get a bite, even if the killed animal contains several times the amount needed to satiate its killer. Indeed, do we not see that even a tame dog can attack its master if he comes too close to it when it is in the process of devouring a particularly coveted delicacy? It has long since become an irrefutable fact that it is this disposition that renders essential a humane form of government, with a corresponding police force and judicial system, jails, prisons and penitentiaries, to maintain all true culture. Surely it is a matter of course for every normally gifted human being that there are beings or individuals with the same "animal" psyche that also necessitate a defence force with all its expensive murder machinery and loss of liberty in the form of "conscription" for a large percentage of the state's healthiest and strongest youth? Surely it is irrefutable common knowledge that this entire machinery of state, based on "animal" consciousness and maintained out of necessity, to a certain extent causes an extraordinarily great loss of liberty for the rest of society in the form of enormous tax burdens?
