1852. So here we find men whose nature is dictated by their feminine tendencies to such an extent that, if dressed in women's clothes, they are sometimes almost indistinguishable from normal women. It is thus not merely mentally or psychologically but also in their external physical appearance that they display an exaggerated femininity. In many instances, in fact, these beings would very much prefer to wear women's clothes, if doing so were not against current laws. The voice or speech of these beings is for the most part rather feminine or womanly. The feminine pole of such beings having made too strong a connection with their physical brain or waking day-consciousness, they feel to a corresponding extent sexually like women. They therefore feel a strong sexual attraction towards the masculine man, an attraction that creates tremendous suffering and unhappiness for most of them. The as-yet robust, masculine man is in fact the sworn enemy of this feminine or womanly man.
