1920. The fact that the above-mentioned mutual sexual act can give rise to such evident sensual pleasure or such a climactic feeling of delight is of course due largely to the organs that have been created or developed especially for this act. Just as any other sensation or sensory experience can take place only through organs that are particularly suited to each kind of senses, so too can the sexual act of culmination be sensed or experienced only through the senses or organs that are specially developed for or suited to this. We call these organs the "sexual organs". Since the being gets its very highest sensation of both physical and mental wellbeing through these organs, and, indeed, experiences the very culmination of the sensation of pleasure or bliss through them, these organs are thus the very highest instruments or sets of senses that exist. Just as the eyes are sensory organs for light, and the ears are sensory organs for sound, so are the sexual organs sensory instruments for sensing the very highest experience of bliss or for the very culmination of the experience of life. Since this sensation of bliss through the sexual organs can reach a real, normal culmination only through contact with the corresponding organs of another being of the opposite sex, and this contact, when it runs its full, normal course, results in the very highest feeling of pleasure, which mentally, at the moment of sexual release, becomes a culminating feeling of sympathy for one's partner, and physically becomes a climactic physical sensation of pleasure, this sexual act thus, at the moment of sexual release, constitutes an act of love in which all the unleashing details are climactic caresses. In the absolute sense it is thus evident here that the sexual organs are special organs for caressing.
